Regiomat high temperature Thermo-Oil-Plants needs a normal thermal-oil which goes through the heater by force of the pumps. About the high temperatures, it needs an expansion pipe between the heater and the expansion vessel. It is not allowed to turn it off. About the different pressures in the system, we need Nitrogen over the Thermo-Oil level in the expansion vessel. This guarantees that there is no Oxygen in the system which can oxidize with the Thermo-Oil. In other words: the Thermo-Oil can be in process for more than 12 years without any problems.
